Salutations all, and happy holidays!

It’s been a busy month for me, both personally and professionally and I find that I am once again behind in sending out a newsletter. Color me dizzy! Finally, determined to get out SOMETHING of a newsletter I have left children to starve (okay, not really), dishes unwashed, shopping undone and projects unattended on the bench in order to get the word out to you about upcoming workshops and events. 🙂

 

Upcoming Workshops:
     Get your calendar out, because there’s lots to look forward to in the coming months in terms of workshops.  The next one to kick it off is my Metal Etching workshop – loved by all! What a great way to make personalized jewelry for Christmas gifts for your friends and loved ones without spending a fortune.

Metal Etching 101
November 30th 2012
Location: A Bead and Crystal House, 711 West Garden St. Pensacola, FL 32506
Cost: $45 materials included
What:  Learn how to etch your own designs on sheet metal to create your own unique jewelry.  The project for this class will be a cuff bracelet.  This class is open to beginners as well as more advanced students.  Call 850-432-3400 to reserve your seat.

Come see me and the other talented instructors displaying our best work available for your Christmas Shopping Pleasure!  Enjoy the festive party atmosphere and knock out a few great gifts.  Again, I’ll have some great sales available to temp you with, so be sure to see me here as you wrap up your Christmas shopping!

New Locations for Delia Stone Jewelry and workshops:
Crystal Studios is a FABulous new place right in the heart of East Hill in Pensacola, FL.  It’s located on the Corner of 10th and Lloyd and includes an Art Gallery, a Coffee Shop, A Gift Shop, An Enchanted Courtyard and a working studio offering various workshops in a variety of mediums; painting, jewelry making, metal work, and more. I offer my work for sale at this Gallery and teach a variety of workshops as well.

Fibula Pin Workshop

FIBULA PIN: New Workshop, Monday Nov 12th 1:00 to 4:00 at Danish Princess Beads and Jewelry. Your seat must be reserved by Monday, 9:30 a.m. Cost: $35 materials not included. Materials needed: 16 gauge, 18 gauge and 26 gauge (depending on how you tailor your individual pin).

We are one student short of making this class solid. If you plan to attend please contact me right away to reserve your space and secure the class. Note that the Danish Princess is closed today and tomorrow, but will be open on Monday for workshop hours only. No one will be at the show to receive calls, so please contact me directly to confirm if you plan to attend. Be sure to leave both your name and your contact phone number. YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR INTENTION TO ATTEND BY 9:30 A.M. ON MONDAY MORNING or the class will be cancelled. If you have already confirmed with Patty, please do not confirm with me without noting that you have already been counted by Patty to prevent confusion.
